I didn’t know what to expect, but I ended up loving it.

Opus revolves around a superstar who hasn’t been seen for over 20 years and is now back with a new album. To celebrate, he invites a few guests to his compound in the middle of nowhere, giving them the chance to hear the new songs before anyone else.

Needless to say, things get creepy right from the start. The place has strong cult like vibes, and soon people begin to vanish.

Malkovich, who plays the star Moretti, is brilliant, as are the rest of the cast, who do an excellent job of making you feel uncomfortable.

Also, this movie delivers plenty of “WTF” moments. It’s creepy, unsettling, and even has a touch of gore. I’d say it’s definitely one to add to your watchlist, if you haven’t watched it already.
